• For this photo shoot, as appears to be the norm lately, I used my macro lens.  For me, the word summer continued to embody the idea of flowers, but for this one I thought it seemed less about there being flowers during summer, and more about the other things that come along with the beautiful flowers like insects and arachnids.  Because of my great fear of spiders, I did use my zoom lens for this particular shot, but not at an extensive zoom length.  My ISO-speed was at 80, and my shutter speed 1/500 sec.  My back was towards the sun as suggested in the articles, without casting a shadow
